Mohammad Ansar was born and brought up in Kerala, India. He completed his Bachelor's in Technology (B.Tech) In Polymer Science and Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kochi, India. Directly after his Bachelor's he went to the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and completed his Master's In Technology (M.Tech). His Master's research was in Epoxidised Natural Rubber (ENR) under the Joint supervision of Dr.Narayan Chandra Das and Suchismita Sahoo at IRMRA, Mumbai. He also worked as Senior Project Engineer under the supervision of Dr. Ramesh P at the Division of Polymeric Medical Devices, Biomedical Technology Wing, SCTIMST. During these periods he has expertise in Additive manufacturing and Parylene coating.
