• Extensive study of dynamic state model of Electrochemical flow capacitor (EFC).

• Perform experiments with different electrolytes (sodium sulphate and sodium acetate) and validate results by optimizing model.

• Applying dynamic state model to other geometries in order to compare the results.

01 Oct, 2018 – 31 Oct, 2018:

• Applying dynamic state model to other geometries in order to compare the results.

• Behavior of electrolytic ions concentration in dynamic model (all geometries).

• Strength of double layer formation on electrode surface will be analyzed under controlled parameters.

• Comparison of modeling and experimental results.

01 Nov, 2018 – 30 Nov, 2018:

• Active concentration of electrolytic ion in each flow channels for moving slurry will be analyzed.

• Behavior of model for different molar concentration of electrolyte (for every other electrolyte used).

01 Dec, 2018 – 31 Dec, 2018:

• Comparison study of our Finite element method based model with other numerical methods for dynamic state.

• Dynamic behavior of FC is considered coupled with of charging/discharging.

01 Jan, 2019 – 31 Jan, 2019:

• Sensitivity to geometrical factors will be reviewed in dynamic state of slurry.

• Analysis of results.

01 Feb, 2019 – 28 Feb, 2019:

• Analysis of results (continued)

01 Mar, 2019 – 30 Apr,2019:

• Effect of mixing slurry while charging will be analyzed for each geometry and will be summarized on the base of geometry and dimensions.

• Publication manuscript will be prepared and submitted on the basis of findings and analysis of results.

01 May, 2019 – 30 Jun, 2019:

• Temperature effects on the working efficiency will be reviewed in the previous literature.

• Model will be setup for thermal studies. (As mini project).

01 Jul, 2019 – 31 Aug, 2019:

• Start reviewing literature for mixing electrolytes, electrode parameters and their effect on time span for charging/discharging.
